SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION, INC. is a general engineering contractor specializing in the installation of complete water, sewer and storm drain systems, along with underground fire protection systems.  Our main office is located in Orange County allowing us to serve all of California along with Arizona and Nevada.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION, INC. employs over 220 field employees with 15 office and field supervisory personnel.  We are one of the largest underground contractors in Southern California. 

Our top priority is client satisfaction. Our goal is to assist our clients in completing their projects promptly and under budget. We offer budgeting for future projects free of charge. We also provide know-how and value engineering for every project. All of our project managers are civil engineers who will assist with plan changes, provide schedules, generate budgets and look ahead of ongoing work to avoid delays.

When carry costs are the client’s concern, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION, INC. is always willing to accommodate “Fast Track” schedules implementing the maximum equipment and manpower the project will allow. Rarely do we dispatch one crew to a job.  It is not uncommon for SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION, INC. to dispatch up to six excavators and six loaders to one job site along with multiple crews.  Our goal is to finish each job as quickly as possible.
