Our office is located in Orange County, allowing us to service all of Southern California. Southern California Pipeline Construction, Inc. (SCPC) employs over 220 field employees with 15 office and field supervisory personnel. We are one of the largest underground contractors in Southern California. • Equipment to handle any task - 40 new excavators, 40 new loaders, 22 backhoes, 12 water trucks, 55 field service trucks, 3 full-time equipment moving crews, asphalt/paving equipment, welding equipment.

• Competent Field Personnel - 5 field superintendents on call 24 hours, over 220 field employees, 16 main-line crews, 12 clean-up crews, 3 equipment moving crews.
  
  
• "Fast Track" Approach - Rarely do we dispatch one crew to a job. It is not uncommon for SCPC to dispatch up to six excavators & loaders to one jobsite, along with multiple crews. Our goal is to finish each job as quickly as possible.
  
  
• Professional Project Managers - All of our project managers are civil engineers who will assist with plan changes, provide value engineering, generate budgets, provide schedules, and look ahead of ongoing work to avoid delays.
